Delivery
We aim to pack and dispatch from the online shop within 5 working days using Recorded Delivery to ensure your item arrives safely. Sometimes we will be able to dispatch on the same day as your order. If there is likely to be any delay we will inform the purchaser. Please note that dispatch and delivery will be affected by Bank holidays.
We are currently only delivering within the United Kingdom. Postage and packaging is indicated against each product, where applicable.
The Lemon Tree reserves the right to increase delivery costs in line with postal services, which will be displayed on the website.
Returns
The Lemon Tree will offer the purchaser the option of either a replacement or refund within 16 days of receipt for any item if not satisfied providing the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
We are sorry that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned earrings.
Non-Delivery
The Lemon Tree cannot take responsibilty for non-delivery, loss or damage to goods once they have left our possession.
Items will not be considered lost by the Royal Mail until 10 days after posting via First Class, longer for standard parcel delivery. (Please see www.royalmail.com or visit your local post office for details) If the item has not arrived after 10 days from dispatch, please advise The Lemon Tree so that a claim can be filed with the Royal Mail. We regret that replacement items cannot be dispatched until this time period has elapsed.
